Dan Ihara, President
Executive Director of the Center for Environmental Economic Development and teacher in the Economics and Environmental Resource Engineering departments at Humboldt State University.

Shel Anderson, Treasurer
Executive Director of Women's Crisis Support Team, advocating for and sheltering victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Worked in the non-profit sector of southern Oregon for 25 years, including as Director of Development for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley, Coordinator of the Josephine County Enterprise Community, Administrator at Siskiyou Project. Has a special advocacy for Hispanic residents, for women, and for the oppressed.

Doug Frank, Secretary
A historian teaching in a small residential college program where he lives, on the Greensprings, east of Ashland.

Laura Mayo
Environmental Program Coordinator for the Yurok Tribe.

George McKinley
Operated a small-scale wood product and custom mill-work business before serving as Project Director for the original JSDI Working Group, and is currently involved in community based forestry projects.

Arnold Whitridge
Member of federal advisory committees on forest management (Trinity County Resource Advisory Committee) and Trinity River fishery restoration (Trinity Adaptive Management Working Group), and the advisory committee for update of California's State Water Plan- Department of Water Resources Bulletin 160. Member of boards of directors for The Watershed Research and Training Center, Hayfork CA, and the Douglas City Community Services District. Retired Trinity County Supervisor (1987-1996).
